1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Guy Ads Suite (muckyai.com), an internal tool developed and operated by GUY ADS LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16683868). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

Guy Ads Suite is an internal Google Ads reporting and monitoring tool used exclusively by employees of GUY ADS LIMITED to manage the Google Ads accounts of our agency's clients. It is not a public product and is not sold, licensed or made available to clients or any third party.

3. Account Registration

There is no public sign-up. Staff accounts are created and removed by the company owner, and only authorised GUY ADS LIMITED employees may use the tool. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Google Ads API Usage

Guy Ads Suite uses the Google Ads API for read-only reporting on the client accounts linked to our Google Ads manager account with each account owner's approval. Our use of Google Ads data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
• Share access to the service, or data from it, with anyone outside GUY ADS LIMITED.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Guy Ads Suite, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos, are the property of GUY ADS LIMITED and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GUY ADS LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
