Guy Ads Suite (muckyai.com) is an internal tool developed and operated by GUY ADS LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16683868). It is used only by GUY ADS LIMITED employees to manage the Google Ads accounts of our agency's clients, and is not available to the public, to clients or to any third party.

2. Information We Collect

In operating Guy Ads Suite, we may process the following information:

• Account information: the name, email address and password of authorised staff members, whose accounts are created by the company owner.
• Google Ads data: campaign metrics, account performance data and settings retrieved via the Google Ads API (read-only) for the client accounts linked to our Google Ads manager account.
• Usage data: information about how staff members use the tool, including pages visited and features used.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate the Guy Ads Suite dashboard.
• Report on and monitor the performance of the client accounts our agency manages.
• Authenticate your identity and secure your account.
• Improve the management service we provide to our clients.
• Communicate with you about your account or service updates.

4. Google Ads API Data

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only access Google Ads accounts whose owners have linked them to our manager account. Client data is used only to manage that client's own account. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties other than the service providers listed in section 5, which process it only on our behalf.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

• With service providers that process data on our behalf to operate the tool: hosting and databases, an AI provider (Anthropic) that generates internal performance analysis and report drafts for our staff, and our internal Slack workspace, where our team receives account alerts. These providers do not use the data for their own purposes.
• When required by law or to comply with legal obligations.
• To protect the rights, safety, or property of GUY ADS LIMITED or our users.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
